1. Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@amillion.info with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Shapewear

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

  • Worn, washed, or damaged apparel

 

3. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please note that inventory may vary. We recommend emailing us first to confirm availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@amillion.info within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
